Now Hiring: Mattress Store Owner.No Franchise or Membership FeesSchedule: Full-time Compensation: $150,000 / YearMCCOA is looking for candidates who want to own their business, be their own boss and see the value of a high-margin product in a low cost, low overhead business. MCCOA is looking to expand in select markets across the USA. The ideal candidate will work side-by-side in a Family & Team environment with other Nationwide MCCOA locations, who all provide insight, assistance, ongoing training & purchasing power.   • Communicate with sale leads.

  • Assist customers with our sleep and furniture products.
  • Provide an excellent sales experience.
