Fleet Operations Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our driver personnel. This role is ideal for those looking to excel in management within a dynamic fleet environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate estimated times of arrival (ETAs) with load planners.
- Utilize McLeod, our operational software, to allocate tasks to drivers nationwide.
- Guide the daily operations of drivers to assigned territories or dedicated routes, adhering to company policies and objectives.
- Provide drivers with insights on compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing the trucking industry.
- Ensure drivers maintain safety, productivity, and timely deliveries to our clients.
- Support drivers by addressing over-the-road challenges.
- Assist drivers in keeping essential documentation current, including license renewals, random drug tests, and physical examinations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
- Proficient in truck dispatch software.
- Experience with flatbed operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
This position operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage. For a detailed list of our benefits, please refer to our website.
