**Job Summary:**
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a proactive leader who can leverage market insights, create compelling campaigns, and foster collaboration across departments to elevate our brand presence and market share.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that drives business growth, enhances brand awareness, and increases market penetration.

- **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.

- **Brand Management:** Oversee the development, implementation, and management of brand guidelines and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels.

- **Campaign Management:** Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and events, measuring their effectiveness and optimizing as necessary.

- **Content Development:** Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging content that speaks to target audiences and strengthens brand messaging.

- **Leadership and Development:** Mentor the team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.

- **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing activities while measuring ROI.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing goals, product launches, and customer experience initiatives.

- **Performance Measurement:** Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the executive team.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience driving employee engagement and professional development.
