Role: Paralegal

Location: Boston MA 02210 -Hybrid

Duration: 4 months contract with possibility of extension

Job description:

3 days a week will need to be onsite hours flexible 8-9am

3-5 years paralegal healthcare experience

Experience with contracts would be helpful

  • A suitable candidate is ideally a qualified paralegal with experience in the Healthcare industry.

  • The role requires good knowledge on Anti-Kickback Statue, False Claims Act, PhRMA Code and relevant enforcement guidance and will be required to get familiarized with Company Compliance Policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing requests of healthcare professionals (HCPs) interactions, sponsorships and charitable contributions in Compliances Interaction Management Tool and Request Management System;

  • Providing timely support and advice to internal business stakeholders on relevant Compliance matters; and supporting the North America Compliance team in fostering and implementing relevant compliance strategies and programs, such as compliance awareness campaigns, monitoring, training and transparency reporting.

Currently, we will require the temporary staff to perform work 3 days a week. Candidates must be qualified paralegals.
