Role Description

This is a full-time position for Paralegal at McMahon & Tivnan, PC. As a Paralegal, you will assist attorneys with various office tasks involved with defending IRS and state tax matters, advising clients on tax considerations for transactions, and assisting with foreign transaction reporting and penalty disputes. This position will be based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for remote work.

 

Qualifications

  • Paralegal or tax expertise
  • Familiarity and understanding of legal and tax procedures
  • Computer skills with Word, Excel and other standard office software
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients
