We are seeking a Director - Digital Marketing - Organic Growth to join our team The Director – Digital Marketing – Organic Growth should be highly skilled and motivated with a specialized focus on organic growth strategies. The Director should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The Director – Digital Marketing - Organic Growth will develop and execute organic growth strategies in support of segment marketing plans to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and create customer engagement. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director will oversee two direct reports, each of whom is focused on acquisition and email marketing respectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Organic Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive organic growth strategy, linked to segment marketing plans, leveraging our owned digital channels including SEO, social media, email, and web content marketing to drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.
- SEO Optimization: Oversee all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and performance analysis to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to enhance brand presence, engage with audiences, and drive website traffic and conversions.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with segment marketing leads to develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including the development of high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Development: Develop, implement and manage campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, social media, and search engine optimization.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative Services, Product, Sales, and IT, to align organic growth initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, and leverage insights to optimize channels, campaigns, and strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data privacy laws, and maintain a strong focus on ethical marketing practices.
- Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in SEO, social media, and content marketing, and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Relationship Management: Interface with and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. media agencies, media partners, etc.)
- Team Management and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on owned channels and organic growth strategies, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Preference for candidates with experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing, especially in healthcare and/or other regulated industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful organic growth campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools. Google GA4 knowledge is required.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, with experience managing and optimizing social media channels for business purposes.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the audience and channel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for performance improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience working within a matrix organization to accomplish goals.
- Effectively manages relationships with internal stakeholders, including those who are outside of direct team. Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and develop strong relationships to ensure success. Ability to manage conflicting viewpoints and help move the team to resolution.

- Highly motivated, with ability to make decisions independently.
- Flexible and agile, with the ability to quickly change course when need arises.
- Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
- Flexibility to work in an office and/or in an at-home, remote office environment.
- Schedule flexibility is occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.
Competitive base pay starting at $131,244 annually.
Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role.
