Description
Klik Solutions, an Inc 5000 Managed services provider in Baltimore, Maryland, is currently seeking talented individuals for a Staff augmentation project at one of our existing clients in Annapolis, Maryland. All work will be performed at the client's location and under the direction of the client's resources.
- The Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving clerical, administrative functions, research, and management roles.
- Provides support and assistance to the Chief Information Officer that ensures effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the legislative body.
- Guides visitors, answers and routes calls, and fields interdepartmental communications.
- Monitors emails and confidential correspondence completes and submits expense reports, and creates PowerPoint presentations.
- The Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator will manage the CIO's calendar and manage his tasks and deliverables. They will also manage any travel requirements the CIO might have.
- An Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator handles confidential information and communications. Responsible for schedule management, office management, information preparation, and some data analysis, and represents the CIO to others.
- Additionally, the Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator possess full comprehension of the MGA DLS' operation and procedures.
- Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities.
- The EA/PC may also provide project management assistance to the ITO Project Manager if needed.
- Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent.
- Requires 3-5 years of related experience
- Excellent communicator and able to communicate well with colleagues
- Possesses good leadership qualities, knowledge of technology, and skills in event planning and project management
