Our membership includes various activities, and two of the key components are weekly resilience challenges and journaling sessions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Support Coaches to facilitate our weekly resilience challenges and journaling sessions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mental well-being, coaching, or therapeutic practices who is comfortable facilitating group sessions online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a weekly online resilience challenge session for our members.
  • Facilitate a weekly online journaling session for our members.
  • Engage participants, encourage open discussion, and provide guidance on resilience-building and journaling techniques.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all attendees.
  • Use pre-built workshop materials provided by Harness to guide each session.
  • Be available for 2-4 sessions per month, with flexibility to accommodate varying attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilitating group sessions, particularly in mental well-being, resilience coaching, journaling, or therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging virtual environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online meeting platforms.
  • Commitment to consistency and reliability for weekly sessions.

Compensation:

  • Payment will be per session (1 - 1/12 hours estimated), with the coach expected to lead 2-4 sessions per month.
