Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and intervention to clients, consistent with their treatment plans.
  • Facilitate healthy connections among clients and the treatment team.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision, modeling healthy eating habits.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to enhance clinical growth.
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations to ensure client well-being.
  • Occasionally, transport clients to appointments and activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.

  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills, with a service-oriented approach.
