Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for management of all technical and program management activities associated with assigned accounts including generation of new business, maintaining current business, proactive issue resolution, improving service levels, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Major objectives are defined on an annual basis through goals/milestone documents. Learning a broad range of fundamental sealing applications including static and dynamic seals, gaskets and O-rings in addition to new potential opportunities in the eMobility and electrification specialized application areas.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Manufacturing or technical equivalent)
2 + years practical Engineering experience in a corporate or plant environment
Professional level English language skills both written and verbal
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications:
Aggressive self-starter with strong organization skills and attention to details requiring minimal supervision
3-5 + years sealing application engineering experience in the Automotive Industry
Strong engineering analytical problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Project management experience a plus
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
