As well as experience in scheduling and maintaining an up to date schedule. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook for email and basic computer skills. This position may include being on-call, using your personal cell phone for work purposes & occasional travel in your own vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Assist office staff with answering phone calls and transfers
- Conduct professional calls to clients, field staff, doctors offices, etc.
- Activate new clients and enter necessary data to schedule initial visits
- Assist with new client introductions and assessments
- Assist DPCS with maintaining LVN and RN schedules
- Assist in orientation competencies for new field staff
- Conduct clinical record reviews
- Review new client referrals with DPCS and assist with acceptance or decline process
- Provide accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing process
- Perform all skill, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined by the Medical Board of California and adheres to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency
Requirements
- Active Medical Assistant certificate
- One (1) year experience preferred
- Certified in CPR
- Drivers license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Smart Phone with Data Service
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Physical
- Bilingual a plus
