Flexible Remote & In-Person schedules $10,000 Starting Bonus Regular peer consultation groups Multi-disciplinary approach to treatment plans As a Mental Health Clinician at The Everett Clinic, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. Our team offers a variety of Option to develop and psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups. As part of a multispecialty group, you will have integrated support with more than 40 specialties such as psychiatry, primary care and comprehensive pain center. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems Form effective therapeutic alliances, supporting each client’s unique needs and goals, with the result in positively impacting client outcomes and retention Demonstrate advanced level of clinical knowledge and modeling as it relates to the individual’s goals, treatment plan and diagnosis Timely and accurately document all client interactions as dictated by law, ethical standards, board requirements, policy and practices Providing one-to-one supportive counseling, observe client behavior, physical and emotional symptoms and perform You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Fully licensed in WA state (PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LICSW) at the time employment begins Individual Therapy experience in an outpatient setting Ability to diagnose and treat patients Preferred Qualification: Training and experience in brief therapy Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
