About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, updates, and treatment plans for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Offer clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
  • Active licensure or willingness to obtain licensure as a therapist.
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
