About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon.

This is a full-time, day shift position that requires the ability to provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program. The successful candidate will provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.

The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
  • Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and perform various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
  • Meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
