Description:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team to complete a project. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, shipping parts and products to vendors, and conducting regular inventory audits during the short term project. The successful candidate will be proficient in data entry and have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies

Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels

Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts

Create and maintain inventory reports as needed

Perform data entry in inventory management systems

Help to develop inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Receive and process incoming stock and materials

Skills & Qualifications:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent data entry and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures

Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
