Summary

We are a successful startup and we’re looking for a self-starting Warranty Customer Care Specialist. As a Warranty / CC Specialist, no one day is the same as the last. It is all about caring for bikes so their owners love riding them. You will troubleshoot repairs and services, for all STACYC bikes and parts. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with people who trust you to keep their bike running flawlessly.

We’re looking for a teammate with stellar customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a real motivation to build skills as a technician and Customer Care Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge for all product lines.
  • Handle all calls/chats from retailers, consumers, and sales reps for warranty and technical issues in a timely fashion.
  • Support in individual Key Account and Global distributor warranty support needs and programs.
  • Use available inventory to resolve warranty and after sales service issues.
  • Packs and ships warranty and service-related items as needed.
  • Handle warranty returns – inspection and response.
  • May support account managers as needed with order entry/customer service.
  • Respond to customer and consumer questions related to products, warranty claims, and more.
  • Be the first point of contact for all product related questions.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
  • Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
  • Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
  • Communicate customer feedback to technical and marketing teams to develop processes for better serving customers.

Skills/education/experience:
  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3 years in customer service. Bike Industry knowledge a plus.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills are essential
  • Calm demeanor and positive attitude in the face of challenging situations and conversations
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
  • High technical knowledge
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Outdoor lifestyle interests preferred

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
