Your Responsibilities
- Follow up on physicians' orders and coordinate services with ancillary providers
- Provide medication administration and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations
- Ensure resident care and service plans are followed
- Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict positively
- Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports
Skills Required for Success
- Flexible and adaptable with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in verbal and written English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Works with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
Our Minimum Requirements
- Current unencumbered LVN or LPN license in the State
- CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, including weekends and holidays
