Silverado is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at our Encinitas community. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dining, mobility, and transfers.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team.
  • Keep accurate care records and report any changes to the nursing team.

Requirements:

  • Personal or professional experience as a caregiver or caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or another debilitating illness is preferred.
  • Ability to work a PM shift (2pm-10:30pm) with a $1/hour shift differential.
  • Anticipated pay range: $21-$23 USD.
