THE JOB:
As a Salon Receptionist, you will contribute to luxurious guest experiences with your welcoming smile and superior service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Facilitate Spa and/or Salon appointments
Manage the check-in and check-out process
Address guest inquiries or concerns
Enhance guest experience by promotingservice treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
Manage daily cash transactions
Emphasize safety and sanitation to ensure a pristine environment
Perform other job-related duties as requested
The IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years of age
Customer service experience, preferably in a spa or resort setting
Currently has a Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain one
Proficient in the management of cash transactions
Ability to multitask in a face-paced environment
Receptionist or secretarial experience is a bonus
Experience upselling is preferred
SCHEDULE:
On Call
Hours of Operation 8:00am - 5:00pm daily
STARTING PAY RATE:
$15.00 per hour plus commission
