We Are Looking For

A Pharmacy Technician who will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients and filling prescriptions.

A Little Bit About Us

At Sona Compounding, our team creates personalized medications for patients who need specific strengths, dosage forms (like creams or gels), flavors, or need specific ingredients excluded because of allergies. We can also make medications that have been discontinued or are difficult to find.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients with their prescriptions, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, and special orders
  • Participate in all aspects of the fulfillment process, including data entry, counting and filling prescriptions, organization and triaging, order pickup, and provider office billing
  • Help with inventory management, stocking retail items, and daily inventory maintenance
  • Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipments
Requirements

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of over-the-counter products and pharmacy operations
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
