Data is critical in enabling enterprises to observe and monitor their applications. We are seeking a Product Manager who is focused on building the data products that will help provide deep insights for both customers and F5 NGINX. Responsibilities: Data Product Management: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business processes and how they are reflected in various data sources, ensuring a comprehensive and interconnected view of the business. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design and implement scalable, robust, and accurate data solutions, identifying and integrating disparate data sets to create a cohesive and comprehensive data environment. Translate complex data uses, relationships, and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements documents, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance/quality criteria for new features and products. Work with our UX designers to develop meaningful ways to visualize data across use cases. Drive adoption of data products among partners through training, documentation, and change management initiatives. Data Governance: Manage and adapt a data governance program for NGINX. Develop and drive processes to ensure the organization maintains accuracy and security regarding its data. Lead coordination among product groups, stakeholders, and data solutions implementers to identify and prioritize data product features and manage data change. Data Strategy: Manage alignment of NGINX data products with NGINX & F5 strategy. Identify data product roadmap based on strategies, DS/DE/Analytics needs, and pipelines, etc. Contribute to the development of a strong data culture and advocate for best practices in data management and analytics.
