Lunous is a nonprofit organization in the Pacific Northwest focused on addressing systemic factors perpetuating homelessness. We work with various stakeholders to increase access to safe, reliable housing.

We are seeking a self-driven Product Manager to lead the team in delivering and maintaining a comprehensive housing dashboard, including data sets from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will possess strong entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication skills, and robust planning and organizational skills.

The Product Manager will be responsible for facilitating the development and maintenance of the dashboard, collaborating with the team to refine design concepts, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations. They will also provide guidance on user experience (UX) design, data visualization best practices, and technical implementation.

The successful candidate will have experience in data science and data visualization, familiarity with cloud software, and proven success managing complex projects. They will also be an effective communicator, possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, and be committed to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage the development and maintenance of the housing dashboard
  • Collaborate with the team to refine design concepts and prioritize features and visualizations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Provide guidance on UX design, data visualization best practices, and technical implementation
  • Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on design and functionality
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, the team, and the board
  • Define and track measures of success and drive continuous improvement of the dashboard

Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and PowerBI would be helpful

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $85,000 - $100,000 DOE
