Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry and filing of confidential information.
  • Coordinate and manage office events and activities.
  • Provide support to other staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
