We're seeking an energetic and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Franchise Coordinator with 0-2 years of experience to actively support our brand's growth by working cross functionally on a variety of projects and processes across the company and with franchisees. This role is a critical hire for the company, in making sure that the franchisee experience is exceptional.

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant / Franchise Coordinator is a versatile role that supports franchise development and onboarding, discovery day coordination for prospective franchisees, and general administrative support. This individual will be integral in ensuring smooth operations in franchise development activities and effective onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Franchise Development Support: Assist in coordinating franchise development efforts, including managing documents, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Franchisee Onboarding: Support new franchisees through onboarding processes, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to get started.
  • Discovery Day Coordination: Plan and manage discovery days, coordinating the overall event including schedules, venue, travel, and meeting arrangements for prospective franchisees.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including some HR duties, SOP creation, and executive assistance as needed.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Draft and maintain documentation for franchise processes, ensuring consistency and clarity in operational standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role is a plus but not required.
