This position will help us with:

  • Processing a high volume of new orders; working with client to insure we have the correct client contact, billing information, location data, and confirming data on all individuals listed on the order.
  • Logging orders into Excel received from clients using email, fax, and the ARS portal.
  • Performing research, database cleanup, data entry, and review.
  • Following any local, state, or and federal rules, regulations or laws as it pertains to the order.
  • Ensuring that orders are documented accurately.
What you should have:
  • Some experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
