Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION
Responsible for processing new hires after they have accepted an offer until they begin Day One Orientation. Schedules and conducts the pre-hire process to include oversight of the completion of new hire paperwork, verification of licensure, degrees, and certifications. Enters new hire information into the HRIS system. Obtains reference information and verifies background checks have been completed.
Ensures new hire paperwork for day one is completed and delivered to the appropriate site. Prepares new hire file and transmits to the receiving HR department. Manages the ID badge process for assigned locations. Performs other duties as assigned.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma required. Three years Human Resources or office related experience is preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills are a must. A demonstrated history of self-managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced/multiple interruption environment is required.
