Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in Dunwoody, GA in their search for a skilled Office Administrator with Accounting experience. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity that requires 100% in-office workSince in-office work is required, only candidates in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office administrative tasks on a daily basis
  • Ensure accurate management of accounting responsibilities: A/P, A/R, inventory, purchase orders
  • Use QuickBooks to produce accounting reports and to manage payroll.
  • Handle account management, customer orders, customer questions.
  • Manage data entry and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Light accounting skills are required.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to remain flexible and prioritize tasks but willing to pick-up tasks, as needed..
  • QuickBooks experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in-office, full time.
