We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

As an Office Administrator at Franchise Empowerment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to our staff. Your efficiency, strong organizational skills, and professionalism will contribute to maintaining an efficient and productive office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and organizing staff events
- Ensure the office remains organized, clean, and presentable

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude
