What You'll Do

  • Monitor health of the robotic system components.
  • Troubleshoot advanced system and operational issues.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to site teams and customers.
  • Document and report issues to engineering teams and work with them on a solution.
  • Train and assist operators on overall system functionality including robotics and warehouse management systems.
  • Partner heavily with customers and other internal and external clients.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with automated systems.
  • Experience with PLC, robot, and software languages such as SQL, Linux, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with robotics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
