Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational health of robotic system components.
- Diagnose complex system and operational challenges.
- Effectively convey technical information to site teams and clients.
- Document and escalate issues to engineering teams, collaborating on solutions.
- Educate and support operators on system functionalities, including robotics and warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate extensively with clients and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with automated systems.
- Proficiency in PLC, robotics, and programming languages such as SQL, Linux, and Python.
- Practical experience with robotics and electro-mechanical systems.
- Capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
