Vaco has partnered with a growing transportation organization on a search for a Payroll & Administrative Assistant. This is a critical position that will offer support to office and HR staff on a regular basis. Position is on-site 5x per week on the Cape. 
 
Responsibilities:   
  • Report updates, discrepancies, errors, and potential disqualifications 
  • Submit pay information to Payroll Manager
  • Monitor and ensure timely follow-up 
  • Build strong business relationships
  • Run accurate and timely reports
  • Research and resolve pay issues or concerns
  • Maintain pay information in ADP and ensure accuracy
Qualifications:   
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • 2 years of payroll experience preferred
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including creating and formatting Excel spreadsheets is highly preferred
  • Professional; able to work independently and in a collaborative environment
