Premier Companies is seeking experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position is an important part of our accounting department.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General clerical tasks including maintaining files
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Preparing or processing invoices
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking.
- Packaging and shipping company mater
- Process paperwork to send to financial institutions
- Maintain accurate record-keeping
- Review and break down paperwork for accuracy and missing documents
- Stocking in and maintaining vehicle inventory
- Handle trade payoffs
- Other office duties as assigned by the Office Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1- year previous office experience is required
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work as a team
