Summary of the role:

The Quality Assurance/Administrator is responsible for ensuring the high quality and accuracy of assigned areas within Mobile Wound Healing LLC. This includes collaborating with team members to streamline operations and optimize efficiency and performance in wound care services delivered at patients' residences, such as their homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Independent Living Facilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular quality chart audits to assess adherence to established standards and Medicare guidelines.
  2. Complete daily note reviews and provide final approval.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, including ICD and procedure codes.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  5. Assist with maintaining scheduling guidelines for providers, supply PAR levels, and Graft Inventory.
  6. Work with the clinical director on provider wound documentation education.
Qualifications
  1. LPN Degree required.
  2. Active LPN License with no restrictions.
  3. Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role.
  4. Wound care or healthcare experience.
  5. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
  8. Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
