The Quality Assurance Administrator will work closely with our clinical director to ensure that our wound care services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular quality chart audits to assess adherence to established standards and Medicare guidelines
  • Completing daily note reviews and providing finalization approval
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • LPN degree required
  • Active LPN license with no restrictions
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role
  • Wound care or healthcare experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools
