Defining & prioritizing the product roadmap and delivery team/vendor, while balancing budget, timelines, and other constraints. Clearly communicating our strategy and our key metrics in regular product sync-up meetings to business, peers & other interlocked teams. Gathering valuable inputs, updating the plans accordingly, and communicating their impact to all the relevant stakeholders. Taking initiative for getting the requirements, providing their clear interpretations using user stories. Exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Measures product performance as well as value delivered to clients and adjusts product roadmaps and plans where necessary. Being skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Keeping an open mind and be a team player with excellent communication skills. What will help you thrive in this role? 10+ Years of Experience in Product Management, 7+ Years of Experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce, 5+ Years of Project Management (SaaS products) 5+ Vendor Management (SI) Experience with Salesforce is essential, Sales & Service Cloud at minimum but experience in expanded offerings such as Einstein and Chat are preferred. Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released. Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution. Demonstrated experience effectively presenting to a broad range of collaborators, up to C-Level Executives Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks. Good communication skills should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal.
