The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Manager, Retention Marketing, Marketing Coordinator will help implement email campaigns and mobile messages that use best practices to improve the program. The Senior Coordinator will implement with by using impactful marketing planning and collaboration with ecommerce and creative partners while ensuring email and mobile marketing production schedules remain on target.

Your Impact

  • You will assist Manager in the development of email and mobile marketing content schedules, ensuring that promotions are updated and that campaigns align with our priorities.
  • You will update important performance documents and historical trackers for email and mobile campaigns.
  • You will be the project manager for email, push, and SMS campaigns as assigned by Manager from concept to deployment to performance analysis.
  • You will determine production schedule, assigns important dates and direct a team of creative designers, copywriters, HTML developers and Web QA analysts with intent and focus of each campaign.
  • You will be responsible for all product information (including keying pricing and special offer information) and imagery. P
  • You will partner with eCommerce to determine important sales points, ensure understanding to event/programming messaging and ensure images are available following campaign timeline.
  • You will create complete creative brief and direct copy and design teams with assistance from Manager.
  • You will set up and execution for weekly push and SMS messages.
  • You will review campaign results as provided by Localytics, Branch.io, and Tableau.
  • You will partner with the Campaign Management team to obtain the appropriate customer list to launch by email system (Salesforce). Monitor to confirm 100% completion.
  • You will review test versions of campaigns before launch to check erroneous spelling, linking, promotional errors.
What You Bring

Education:
  • BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required
Experience:
  • 2 or more years of experience, within digital or email marketing, or eCommerce
  • Working knowledge of different computer programs.
