About the Role You are an experienced Product Manager with a track record for successfully getting technical sought-after products to market. You are excited by the challenge to design and build systems for scale, reliability, and performance. We are growing at a fast pace and are looking for a Principal Product Manager to be a part of our Development and Production Lifecycle product management team to provide our developers and cloud operators with highly scalable, reliable, and high-performing database and cloud services to accelerate the innovation of Workday business applications. You will partner with our cloud operators, customers, partners, and developers to define the product strategy, roadmap, and investment focus areas for our internal services across our private and public cloud deployments. You will collaborate with our Engineering teams to identify, specify, and prioritize features to execute and deliver on the roadmap and optimize business outcomes. You will enable Workday to migrate customers to the public cloud. You have the ability to understand and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you will serve as the voice of the customer for our products and voice of the product to our customers About You Basic Qualifications 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, Enterprise SaaS, IaaS, or building internet scale products. 7+ years of experience with scrum and other agile development methods. BA/BS in Computer science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. Other Qualifications Experience with Database technologies (MySQL, AWS Aurora, Google Cloud SQL etc.) is desirable.
