About the Role
TikTok is currently seeking an experienced product marketing professional with a background in media to lead the go-to-market strategy for Brand Ads within our Small Business Team. As a vital member of the SMB Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with in-market sales leadership, product teams, retention & lifecycle experts, all within a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, prioritize effectively, solve problems, drive cross-functional alignment, and be an expert in our ads platform and ecosystem. Candidates must have prior experience in brand ads and be familiar with Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Own the revenue goal and go-to-market strategy for Brand Ads targeting SMB clients.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify various customer segments and product solutions
- Understand the product's value proposition and translate it into compelling messages for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure flawless execution of the go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working within media in a marketing or product marketing capacity.
- Previous experience in building, selling, or buying brand ads.
- BA/BS degree or above.
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
- A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against challenging performance goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
