Job Summary: The Social Marketing & Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving our brand's social media presence, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance online engagement, and supporting comprehensive digital campaigns under the guidance of the Director of Branding and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content specifically for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual guidelines provided by the Creative Arts Director while coordinating with the SEO Specialist for optimized content distribution.

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media, collaborating closely with the Creative Arts Director to ensure visual consistency and the SEO Specialist to maximize content reach.

  • Market Research and Analytics: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide actionable insights that help refine marketing strategies. Share findings with the Director of Branding & Marketing to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation programs that effectively convert interest into measurable outcomes, enhancing customer acquisition and engagement

  • Event Marketing: Coordinate and manage marketing aspects of events and tradeshows, ensuring promotional activities align with overall marketing objectives and visual aesthetics maintained by the Creative Art Director.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Copywriter, Creative Arts Director, and SEO Specialist to ensure a cohesive marketing message and visual consistency across all social media channels and to optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the Director of Branding & Marketing, using key metrics to assess progress and areas for improvement.

  • Copywriting: Craft clear and compelling copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and objectives.

  • Other Duties as Assigned: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and adapt to evolving business needs. This may include tasks outside your primary role but within the scope of your skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.

  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industries, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in social media marketing within these sectors.

Desired Skills:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and how to leverage each for brand growth and engagement.

  • Experience with social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).

  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual content coordination, and video production for social media channels.

  • Experience in SEO and optimizing social media content for search, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on social media performance using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.

  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop innovative social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

  • KPI: Track and report on the growth of social media followers across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

  • Target: Achieve a 10% increase in social media followers per quarter.

Engagement Rate:

  • KPI: Measure the engagement rate of posts, including likes, comments, shares, and overall interaction.

    Target: Maintain an average engagement rate of 70% or higher across all social media platforms.

Content Reach and Impressions:

  • KPI: Monitor social media posts' reach and impressions to evaluate the content's visibility.

  • Target: Increase content reach by 5% each quarter and ensure that key posts achieve a minimum of 200 impressions.

Lead Generation:

  • KPI: Track the number of leads generated from social media campaigns.

  • Target: Generate 30 qualified leads per month through social media efforts.

Conversion Rate:

  • KPI: Measure the conversion rate from social media-driven traffic to the website or specific landing pages.

Content Production and Publishing:
