  • 3 to 5 years of experience crafting digital content, ads, and assets.
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex topics into easy-to-understand language across various formats.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills
  • Exceptional editing skills
  • Basic Design skills
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing content and agencies to scale quality content production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about execution excellence, bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects.

Plusses:

-Can do the copywriting, design & program HTML (if not, priority is on their writing and design skills)

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content that resonates with our target audience. As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content that drives engagement and conversions across various channels, including social media, email, and website. Your ability to craft clear and concise messaging, attention-grabbing headlines, and persuasive calls-to-action will be critical to the success of our content marketing efforts.
