Job Overview

Position: Digital Marketing & Web Design Intern

SUMMARY

Platinum Seniors Care (PSC) is currently looking for a motivated intern to join our digital marketing and design team. This internship offers an opportunity to engage in various digital and graphic design tasks, contributing to website content development and execution, as well as other marketing and design initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft branded visuals and enhance images for the Platinum Seniors Care website and its social media platforms.
  • Support the creation of new web pages and overall website enhancements.
  • Assist in updating written and visual content on the Platinum Seniors Care website.
  • Oversee digital content and graphic resources within an online content management system and on internal servers.
  • Coordinate and manage incoming requests for website updates through the designated project management system.
  • Contribute to non-digital graphic design tasks, marketing projects, and general project management as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • We seek a junior or senior student to ensure relevant expertise and experience in their field of study; the internship may extend beyond the student's academic tenure.
  • Preference will be given to students majoring in graphic design, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to create design assets and graphics is essential.
  • Experience in copywriting and graphic design for web and social media is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with web design principles, content development, and content management systems is expected.
  • A commitment to working at least 32 hours per week is required.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and produce quality content in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals are crucial.
