Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers at our facility in Garland, TX. This plant manufactures laundry detergents, laundry aids, and fabric softeners strictly for Proctor & Gamble brands such as Tide, Gain, and Downy. The plant is very clean, organized, and FDA regulated with a new air-conditioned system installed this summer. Candidates must be able to stand all day, have steel-toed shoes for the interview and walk-through, and have previous experience working 10-12 hour shifts. This role involves basic machine operating, conveyor/assembly line work, packaging, and quality control. Responsibilities include ensuring production never stops, addressing quality issues, inspecting and handling bottles, and documenting changes on a center-line audit sheet. Candidates will receive full training and opportunities for growth with up to 5 levels of position advancement, each with a $1.00 pay rate increase. Pay starts at $17.16/hr for day shift, with potential raises and benefits including 401K match, dental, medical, and vision coverage.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in GARLAND, Texas.

Work Environment

Whole plant now climate controlled, very clean, organized, FDA regulated air-conditioned plant. Rotating weekend schedule with voluntary OT on off days. Day shift hours are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
