Pay:
• Competitive pay based on experience.

Shifts Available:
• Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Shift 2: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Overtime expected per business demand.

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:
• Emphasizing good safe work practices and familiar with safety procedures.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems and control circuits.
• Solving mechanical problems, repairing and replacing faulty components or parts, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Performing reactionary maintenance and carrying out tasks associated with maintenance of equipment, building, and grounds.
• Planning and carrying out tasks associated with special projects on existing or new equipment or facilities.
• Managing assigned projects and sourcing products and materials for maintenance purchases.
• Maintaining parts inventories and performing most types of tool & die and fixture jobs.
• Collaborating with team members, encouraging teamwork, and communicating well within the department and facility.
• Accepting and offering training to fellow department members.
• Working on a team to achieve departmental results.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have prior experience in a machine repair and maintenance department or technically oriented position.
• Possess welding/fabricating skills and knowledge of machining, lathes, and mills.
• Understand machine control systems and electrical schematics.
• Have the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and use office software.
• Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Have physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, stoop, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Can work in environments with fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
• Are comfortable working in a loud noise level environment.
