Your Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery during the final stages of production while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met by inspecting and removing products with visible defects.
  • Package products for distribution efficiently.
  • Maintain and clean equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Enhance your skills and knowledge through diverse training and hands-on experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off, resulting in 2 weekends off each month with a 3-day weekend.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or technical/machine operation skills, which can be acquired through paid or unpaid experiences.
  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
