The Brand Guild is looking for an intern to work with our Operations team We are a creative and passionate group of experts across Public Relations, Marketing, Events, and Creative that build strategies, create experiences and influence audiences for our clients. This is your chance to both provide operations support for an exceptional team and to peek behind the curtain of an agency who works with the country's most innovative, cutting-edge brands - companies that are truly revolutionizing the way we work, play, and live.

Our internships provide invaluable hands-on experience in a fantastic work environment, with the option for college credit. Our Operations Intern will work directly with both the Operations and HR teams.

Please note:

  • Interns will receive a stipend of $2,500 (paid in 2 installments, one at the mid-point and one upon successful completion of the internship session)
  • Internship is in person, with a minimum of 16 hours per week in our Washington, DC office
You will:
  • Support the Senior Operations Manager across the following areas: facilities management, team engagement, internal events, mail & package management
  • Assist the Operations and HR teams with planning of the annual company offsite and other all-company events (via research and/or vendor outreach)
  • Assist the Operations and HR teams with internal and client gifting
  • Provide logistical support for in-office events (setup/cleanup for client and internal meetings and events, arranging catering, etc.)
  • Brainstorm ways to improve agency operations & team experience
  • Other tasks as required
