A CPA firm located in Manhattan is actively seeking an experienced and analytical Tax professional, with a strong real estate tax background, for a promising Senior / Supervisor role on their staff. In this role, the Tax Senior / Supervisor will be responsible for tax compliance, research, and planning for Real Estate clients including owners, developers, and real estate funds.
Responsibilities
The Tax Senior / Supervisor will:
- Assist with supervising staff
- Work closely with clients and internal tax management team
- Complete other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-8+ years of total accounting and tax experience
- Experience with review and some heavy preparation of real estate partnership tax returns
- Strong partnership knowledge
- Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
- Strong client interaction skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High net worth and corporate tax experience
