Who you are:

As a Personal Lines Account Representative with Frost Insurance Agency, you are responsible for marketing, servicing, maintaining, and expanding all assigned accounts. You will also process documentation on new accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing account-rounding opportunities that arise in the course of service work and other client contact. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate the receipt and organization of prospect and client information / documents, to support coverage and marketing of accounts.
  • Review all policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness, and request corrections as needed.
  • Advise the Producer and Account Executive of any potential problems or discrepancies
  • Research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issues, when requested
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What You'll Need
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty or attainment within 6 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Insurance designations such as CISR, ACSR, CRM, CIC
