Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and demonstrate a proactive approach to teamwork. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and coordination within our operations.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage multiple waste collection routes for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Coordinate with drivers based on customer requests and company protocols.
  • Monitor driver performance to ensure timely service delivery and address any issues that may arise.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all customer inquiries regarding waste and recycling services.
  • Respond to questions via phone and email, providing accurate information and support.
  • Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for service enhancements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or office administration.
  • Experience in dispatching is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
