MISSION STATEMENT

At Cresco, we aim to lead the nation's cannabis industry with a focus on regulatory compliance, product consistency, and customer satisfaction. CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Executing tasks assigned by the Packaging Manager
  • Measuring, packaging, and labeling products as directed by Packaging Manager
  • Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality
  • Maintaining a sanitary work environment
  • Safely transport products from work space to storage area
  • Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
  • Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
  • Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus

COMPENSATION

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the estimated starting hourly rate is $18.00/hr. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
