About Us: Regal Legal LLC is a premier legal services provider dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance client service and operational efficiency. We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Technician to join our team and support our commitment to exceptional service through technology.
Position Overview: The IT Help Desk Technician will be the first point of contact for technical support within the organization. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing support for hardware and software, and ensuring a smooth and efficient technology experience for all employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assist in managing software licenses.
- Provide user training on software applications and best practices for technology use.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT team members on larger projects and initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
